Indian Institute of Management - Kozhikode (IIM-K) will organize a two-day E-Summit (Entrepreneurship Summit) from September 3, 2011 at its campus.
The E-Summit 2011 will make easier interaction between Venture Capitalists, seasoned & aspiring entrepreneurs, academia and students all across the country. E-Summit 2011 will incorporate variety of activities such as entrepreneurial guest lectures, workshops viz., 'How to expand your business', 'How to reduce cost in a start-up business' and panel discussions like Raising investments for a startup business with inspiring people such as Nitin Gupta, Nitin Agarwal, Vikhyat Srivastava and Avira Tharakan.
In addition, an investment fair will be conducted, where IIMK students will help the invited start-ups to pitch in front of Venture Capitalists firms for their own funding requirements. Besides, another effort towards promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst Indian society, the Entrepreneurship Cell of IIM- Kozhikode will also be organizing a train journey from Bangalore to Kozhikode on the eve of E-Summit 2011.
