How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply online by filling up the application form on the official website of the University: http://bfuhs.ac.in/. One has to log in the mentioned website and click on the “Admission to B Sc (OT, MRIT, DT, ASLP, OAPT, OTA, AT, ER), PGDHSL and MSSLP” link in order to start the application process. Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 2000 (Rs 1500 for SC / ST candidates) before filling up the application form. Admission fee should be paid in the University Account (A/c No 1601 2011 000 338) at any branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce (across India) by using specified Bank Challan (downloadable from the website).
After remitting the fee, one will get a Transaction ID, which should be entered in the online application form for its completion. Thereafter, one has to take a printout of the same and send it along with the University copy of Bank Challan and all requisite enclosures (list given on the website) by post to The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot, Punjab- 151 203, on or before August 14, 2012.
