University of Calcutta, popularly known as Calcutta University, Kolkata, West Bengal, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into Bachelor of Library & Information Science (B L I Sc) (Evening) programme, to be offered in the ensuing session 2012 at the Department of Library & Information Science, University of Calcutta. Selection will be made on the basis of merit obtained in the entrance test, followed by counseling, to be conducted by the University on the below mentioned date.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form and information brochure from the University Sales Counter on payment of an application fee of Rs 250. The duly filled in application form complete in all respect should be submitted at Department of Library & Information Science, University of Calcutta - 700 027, latest by July 12, 2012 (12.00 pm to 4.00 pm).
