Delhi: Delhi Technological University (DTU), Delhi, has published the online counseling schedule for admission into full-time B Tech (Bachelor of Technology) degree courses, to be offered in the upcoming academic session 2012-13. The online counseling schedule is made available on the University’s official website: http://www.dce.edu/ or direct admission portal: http://dtuadmissions.nic.in/.
All aspiring candidates who appeared in AIEEE 2012 as well as have been declared eligible for Central Counseling by CBSE and all NRI / FN / PIO candidates who appeared in SAT-II (Physics, Maths Level-II) examination can apply online for the counseling as per the schedule given below:
- Opening of Website & Fee Submission (only for admission through AIEEE-2012) - June 13, 2012
- Closing of Fee Submission - June 18, 2012
- Opening of Registration & Choice Filling - June 20, 2012
- Closing of Registration & Choice Filling - June 25, 2012
In order to take part in online counseling, every candidate, irrespective of his / her category, is required to deposit a non-refundable counseling fee of Rs 1000 plus bank charges as applicable (in cash only) in any branch of State Bank of India through bank Challan (downloadable from the website: http://www.dtuadmissions.nic.in). However, NRI / FN / PIO candidates are not required to pay registration fee through bank Challan. These candidates need to deposit a DD of Rs 1000 (drawn in favour of Registrar, Delhi Technological University, payable at New Delhi) towards registration fee on June 27, 2012 (when they report at DTU for document verification).
