How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to download the prescribed application form from IIT Bhubaneswar’s official website: http://www.iitbbs.ac.in. The direct link to download the same is: http://www.iitbbs.ac.in/pdf/Ph.D.-Application-Form.pdf. The application fee is Rs 500 for General / OBC candidates and Rs 250 for SC / ST candidates (women candidates are exempted from the payment of application fees) which can be paid in the form of DD drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of “IIT Bhubaneswar” payable at Bhubaneswar.
The duly filled in and completed application form, along with the DD and requisite enclosure documents, should be sent to the Officer-on-Special Duty (Academic Affairs), IIT Bhubaneswar, Samantapuri, Bhubaneswar, Odisha - 751 013, latest by April 30, 2012 through post or in person. The application containing envelope should be super-scribed as ‘Application for Admission to PhD programme in the School of ______________’ on the top of the envelope.
