Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT - Guwahati), Assam, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the following departments / specializations of M Tech (Master of Technology) & M Des (Master of Design) programme, to be offered in the ensuing session commencing from July 2012. The institute admits M Tech / M Des students in three categories that are Regular (full time), Sponsored (Full Time), Part-Time and Project staff. The Institute will select candidates on the basis of written test and / or interview / portfolio review, if required, on the basis of performance in GATE / CEED, grades / marks in the qualifying examination, etc.
