Surathkal: The 9th annual convocation of National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NIT Karnataka), Surathkal, is scheduled to be held on February 25, 2012 (Saturday) forenoon onwards. The venue of the convocation will be the Silver Jubilee Auditorium of the Institute.
As per sources, Padmashri Dr Srikumar Banerjee, Chairman, Atomic Energy Commission & Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, will grace the ceremony as chief guest. During the convocation ceremony, degree certificates will be awarded to all students of B Tech, M Tech, M Tech (Research), MCA, MBA, M Sc and PhD programmes, who completed their graduation during the academic year 2010-11.
All eligible students who graduated during the year 2010-11 are requested to register online by logging onto the Institute’s official website: http://www.nitk.ac.in/.
