A National Seminar on Recent Trends in Marine and Estuarine Sciences (NSRTMES) will be organized by Calcutta University. The national seminar is scheduled to be from June 21 to June 22, 2013. The last date of registration for the seminar is June 21, 2013.
The venue will be Centre for Research in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (CRNN) Technology Campus Acharya Prafulla Chnadra Sikhsha Prangan University of Calcutta JD-2, Sector-III, Saltlake Kolkata 700064. Interested candidates are required to register along with their abstract.
The abstract should include a title with the names (S) & affiliation of the author(S). The abstract should be 150-200 words with font size 12 in times new roman (MS Word). This is to be submitted through email to nsrtmes@gmail.com NOT later than June 7, 2013.For edit convenience adobe PDF format will not be accepted. The authors are also welcome to state their preferences for oral and poster session.

The theme of the symposium is an intergraded approach to estuarine and coastal sea biogeochemistry and its scope includes sessions on the estuarine and coastal sea biogeochemistry of emerging contaminants, environmental applications of nano particles, nutrients and organic carbon, biological interactions, bioremediations and biotechnology and climate change and their relationship to the integrated modeling of estuarine and coastal sea biogeochemistry. This symposium will provide a suitable platform for the scientists; young researchers and students to share their experience and achievements and to show case their break through in oral and poster sessions.
