As per the official statement, this year CBSE has offered special facilities to schools so that can generate ‘online roll number wise’ list of candidates appearing in 2013 class X and XII examinations.
Moreover, through this facility, schools can also generate online admit card for their regular students, who will be taking this year’s boards. The report, further pointed out that, from this year, boards would include 'value based questions' in all major subjects for both, class X and XII. These value based questions would carry up to 3-5 marks.
In addition, the CBSE Board has planned to take an interdisciplinary approach in value education. According to which, values will be combined with the content of all the major subjects in classes IX and XII. Therefore, these questions will be based on the content and then analyzed on the basis of the values they reflect.
The board exams for class X will end on March 15, whereas for class XII students, they’ll stretch up to April 17.
