New Delhi: June 15, 2009 is the last date of Delhi Universities (DU) form sale and submission. The pre-admission forms were available at 16 centres across the city. One can submit the forms at any of the 16 centres.
As per the sources, 1, 40,245 common pre-admission forms have already been sold out for 45,000 seats. The sale of forms this year has surpassed last year sale, when nearly 1, 35,000 forms were sold. Moreover, no extra document or photograph is required to submit the form. The form does not even need a signature of the applicant. So, anyone can fill and submit the form on behalf of the aspirant.
The students can also submit multiple forms. If they want to apply to more courses or colleges, they can do so by applying through another form. After the university closes the sale and submission of forms, the data scanned from the forms would be sent to individual colleges. Every college will then declare its first cut-off list for admission on June 25 after which the admissions will be done on June 26, 27 and 29. The second cut-off list of colleges will be out on June 30.
