New Delhi: Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University’s Centre for Coaching and Career Planning will offer free coaching to the Civil Services aspirants belonging to Minorities, SCs, STs, and OBCs. Candidates will be selected on the basis of an Entrance Test to be held on August 21, 2010 at 10.00.AM. The entrance test paper will have a subjective and an objective component. The list of selected candidates shall be displayed on August 27, 2010.
The Centre has invited applications for Free Coaching for Civil Services (Prelims cum Mains) Examinations 2011. Interested candidates can obtain the application form from the Office of the Centre for Coaching and Career Planning located in Old SRK Hostel Building, Jamia Millia Islamia. The same can also be downloaded from the University’s official website: http://www.jmi.ac.in/. Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be submitted addressed to the office of the Centre Coaching and Career Planning. The last date of submission of the application form is August 16, 2010,
The classes will commence from September 7, 2010.
The coaching will be provided in the following areas:
1. General Studies – Prelims and Mains
2. Essays
3. Optional papers – History, Political Science, Public Administration, Law, Geography, Economics, Sociology, Urdu, Hindi, Persian, Arabic
