New Delhi: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has introduced an interview preparation platform to help job seekers. As per sources, the platform has been introduced in collaboration with VMock, in order to offer a first-hand experience to candidates searching employment. Further, sources told that the initiative allows candidates to prepare and practice for job interviews.
IGNOU Vice-Chancellor Mr. V N Rajasekharan Pillai told the sources that the strategy enables learners to know themselves, create their own video persona, answer career specific mock questions and take feedback from friends, alumni and IGNOU mentors already available on social networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn and others.
As per sources, the platform is available in English language. An IGNOU Official told that the programme will cost Rs 1100 that will include the registration fee as well. Moreover, sources informed that registration for the programme is valid for six months.
