New Delhi: Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) had conducted a special workshop for its PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) students at its Rohini campus. JIMS is an institute of excellence in the field of management studies and IT education.
According to the sources, experts from Global Human Resource Development Center (GHRDC) gave away helpful tips to PGDM students for their future in the workshop. The workshop was mainly organized to make them well versed with the challenges of corporate world that awaits students once they join the industry.
As per the sources, the one-day workshop was graced by assembly of industry think tank and experts from the field of Human Resource Management. Ms. Mekhla Sinha, VP Operations & HR, Ms. Shivi Sharma, Manager – HR, Ms. Shraddha Mishra, Manager – HR from GHRDC were a few who shared their valuable experiences and important tips of success in the event.
On the occasion, Director of JIMS, Dr J K Goyal, said that JIMS recognize the value of industry exposure for its students which will help them be leaders of futuristic vision. He added that the orientation workshop will make PGDM students to acquaint them with the industry trends and challenges waiting for them in the corporate world.
