Hazratbal: University of Kashmir, also known as Kashmir University, Srinagar, has published the complete entrance examination 2012 schedule. The entrance examinations are being conducted by the University, in order to select eligible candidates for admission into various under graduate (UG) and post graduate (PG) courses, to be offered in the session 2012-13. The date sheet / schedule is made available on University’s official website: http://www.kashmiruniversity.net/.
The admit cards for entrance test, will be made available for download from the University's website from March 3, 2012 (2.00 pm) onwards. All those candidates, who have applied for admission into PG and UG courses, can check the entrance examination schedule by visiting the aforementioned website. Candidates are also advised to check the status of their application of University website in advance. If in case, the form of any candidates has not been accepted then he/she must approach the Department / IT centre where he/she had deposited hard copy of his/her application form and also inform Assistant Registrar, Dean Academic Affairs, immediately.
In addition, candidates are informed that they must carry their valid identity cards and admit cards on the day of examination, for verification purpose. The entrance examinations will begin from March 8, 2012 (Thursday) and conclude on March 17, 2012 (Saturday).
