Delhi: Candidates with AIEEE cut-off rank, belonging to SC and OBC categories from the Delhi region, are being called for the second phase of counseling of the Delhi Technological University (DTU), which will commence from tomorrow, i.e. August 18, 2010.
The SC candidates of Delhi region with AIEEE-2010 overall rank between 1,11251 - 1,80,000 and OBC candidates of Delhi region with AIEEE-2010 overall rank between 35,001 - 80,000 are eligible to appear for the second counseling of the DTU at 2.00 pm on August 18, 2010.
In addition, the second counseling for Delhi Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates will also be held on the same day from 10.30 am onwards, where all eligible applicants who had marked their attendance during the first counseling and could not get any seat, are eligible to appear.
Candidates are advised to appear for the counseling with the required necessary documents and fees of Rs 48000 in form of a DD in favor of Registrar, Delhi Technological University, payable at Delhi to secure their admission. However, it may be noted that after the implementation of 15 percent OBC quota, the total intake for undergraduate engineering courses has increased to 1128 at DTU.
