The Training on GIS Implementation in Distance Education is scheduled to be held on October 10 & 11, 2011. The two training programmes will be organized at Inter University Consortium (IUC) Block 6, IGNOU, New Delhi-110068.
The training programme will provide an opportunity to understand and implement GIS technology in the organization for education related information and decision making purposes. In addition, the participants will be given an experiential learning (hands on) in the GIS technology.
