New Delhi: Sharda University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with two renowned universities in USA. The Universityhas entered an international alliance with two universities in USA, namely Barry University, Florida (USA) and Moscow Academy of Finance and Law, Mexico (USA).
Sharda University has signed the MoU with an objective to offer students, in India, various interesting scholarly and cultural student exchange programmes. In the present day scenario and age of globalization, the importance of such programmes cannot be overstated. Such programmes offer students with a chance to explore the world and gain abundant international exposure. Therefore, considering this fact, Sharda University has a dedicated International Division to facilitate the students with such opportunities.
The International Division of the University is developing scientific, technological and academic co-operation through the execution of scientific projects and programme in various aspects such as Business, Humanities and Science & Technology. Also, as per MOU with Barry University, Sharda University will offer the undergraduate students a reciprocal exchange programme, where partaking students will be given the chance to study one term at the host institution.
Furthermore, the University will also be executing exchange programmes for graduate and undergraduate students, faculty and administrative staff, in collaboration with Moscow Academy of Finance and Law. Beside, collaborative research projects, lectures, symposia, encouragement of academic co-operation in fields of common concern are in queue as per the MoU signed by the two Universities.
