Centre for Studies in Book Publishing, University of Calcutta, also known as Calcutta University, Kolkata, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into Post Graduate Diploma in Book Publishing Studies (PGDBPS), to be offered in the upcoming academic session 2012-13. Admission will be made on the basis of candidate's performance in the admission test, followed by personal interview, to be conducted by the University department.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application forms from Calcutta University Sales Counter, Asutosh Building (Ground Floor), College Street Campus, Kolkata - 700073, West Bengal, in person on cash payment of Rs 200, from July 16, 2012 onwards (Monday-Friday / Time: 10.30 am - 3.00 pm). In addition, candidates can also download the prescribed application form from the University’s official website: http://www.caluniv.ac.in/ or http://www.nbtindia.gov.in/ or http://www.kolkatabookfair.net/. If the application form is downloaded, then candidates are required to attach a crossed Bank Draft / Banker’s Cheque of Rs 200 drawn in favour of ‘PGDBP, CU’ payable at Kolkata, along with it. The duly filled in and completed application form should be submitted to the office of the Centre for Studies in Book Publishing (CSBP), Asutosh Building (First Floor), College Street Campus (Asutosh Siksha Prangan), Kolkata - 700073, West Bengal between 2.00 pm and 6.30 pm latest by August 30, 2012.
