Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) will be holding its annual international business summit ‘Vista’, on its Bannerghatta Road campus, from September 27th to 29th, 2013.
The three-day business fest will have more than 40 events in areas such as finance, marketing, consulting, operations and human resources, with prizes to the tune of Rs. 15 lakh to be won. Numero Uno, Excelsior, Bizzare, Brigade Trojan Horse, Sparsh, Markguru, Street Smart and BzzWings will be some of the flagship events.
Vista holds a place of pride among the IIMB community. Spread over three days the theme is based on business. Every year the summit attracts participation from students over 800+ colleges. The event brings together the leaders of every field like marketing, finance, operations, human resources, consulting, social work and provides a platform for students to enhance their knowledge.
The participation to Vista is free and the accommodation for the outstation participants would be provided on first-come first-serve basis. There are no charges for accommodation. Accommodation would be provided from 26th September evening till 30th September, morning.
The Forum for Industrial Interaction (FIA) is a student- run initiative and is a primary interface between the corporate world and IIM Bangalore academia. The FIA comprises of 41 member team that aims to enhance cognition through meaningful interaction with industry veterans, develop and execute events with the opportunity to come up with unique solutions to the challenges being faced by the society today.
