New Delhi: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) made the announcement on Thursday, i.e. December 24, 2009 that it has started a new course in Financial Markets Practice, which would commence from the upcoming session January 2010.
Candidates who have completed their bachelor’s degree in any discipline are eligible for enrolling into the programme. The programme will be conducted by the IGNOU's School of Management Studies (SOMS). The course fee is Rs 10000 and the last date of applying for the programme is December 31, 2009.
As per sources, the programme would be offered using multi-media design and technology aided delivery system. Also, the one-year postgraduate diploma programme would be offered in collaboration with the Financial Technologies Knowledge Management Company (FTKMC), Mumbai.
