Delhi Technological University (DTU) Brings About Student Friendly Changes In its Campus

New Delhi: Delhi Technological University (DTU) has now committed to fulfill some of the demands of its students, by keeping a pleasant academic environment in the campus. The University has now agreed to extend the time limit for both boys and girls to 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., respectively, so that they can be benefited by the facilities at the computer center as well as the library center.
 
Furthermore, the time of reporting for girls has also been extended, which previously was from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. the University has also consented that the Training and Placement Office will become stronger with required staff if recruitments continue until late evenings. From now, there will be a rotation process applied for all the heads of the departments completing two or three years of their tenure.
 
The Dean of Students Welfare, DTU, has set up a committee that comprises of members like DTU Cultural Council Chairman and student representatives Ashish Gupta and Shashi Kant. The Committee is going to accomplish other demands of its students, such as extension in amenities for girl students in the mess, common room and reading rooms in hostels and also the regular pest control.
